Hi, I’m Shaunna, a proud mum to my beautiful daughter, and we call the UK home. For years, I struggled with panic attacks, anxiety, and living in a constant state of fear. I always felt like I didn’t fit in, but deep down, I knew there was more to life—more to me.
My journey began when I decided to study myself, letting go of what no longer served me and finding my passion. Through meditation, movement, and embracing myself, I learned to sit with my emotions and feel, rather than suppress. Healing isn’t about perfection it’s about learning to live, feel, and embrace each moment, knowing you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
We live in a world where we’re often told to suppress our emotions whether it’s being quiet when we cry or feeling "too much" as children. But as human beings, we’re meant to feel. I believe in guiding others to reconnect with their true selves, to embrace their emotions, and to calm their nervous systems so they can feel alive instead of overwhelmed.
